The deposit is refundable, subject to the house rules and an inspection of the unit. It is normally refunded within 12 hours after the regular 11:00 AM check-out time, once the unit and access items have been checked. For longer stays, please ask the host.

Yes. The deposit is RM150 for 1 night, RM200 for 2 nights, RM250 for 3 nights and RM300 for 4 nights.
When is the security deposit refunded?
Normally within 12 hours after the regular 11:00 AM check-out time, after the unit and access items have been checked.
Are building facilities available?
Yes. There is a swimming pool at Block A, Level 5 (until approximately 10:00 PM), a gym at Block C, Level 5, and a sauna and jacuzzi (until approximately 12:00 AM). Hours are as currently provided by the host, and building management may change them.
